| Course Description “CrossFit/Jeff Martone Kettlebell Certification - Level I” is a 2-day comprehensive course that teaches foundational kettlebell exercises at an instructor level. The participants will observe precise and proper body mechanics, demonstrate proficiency for each foundational exercise, teach a novice how to perform kettlebell exercises, and will learn how to safely and properly implement these new skills into current training regimes. Enhance your CrossFit programing with this effective tool.
